Enroll your child
in three steps
Parents can now book classes directly online. Set up your family profile, add a kids’ membership, then choose a class that fits your child’s age and your family’s schedule.

Create your family profile
Create a Mindbody profile for yourself, then add each child to your family account. Include your contact information and each child’s date of birth so you can select age-appropriate classes when enrolling.
How to set up your profile
Click the “Create your profile” button below and select your club. Then create your parent profile with your own details.
Add a profile for each child. Have their date of birth, address, and emergency contact information ready.
From your parent account, link each child’s profile using the parent-child relationship option. Select Yes for “Pay for this account” for each child.
Be sure to complete Step C. Link each child’s profile to your parent account and select Yes for “Pay for this account.” Both are required to pay for your child’s membership and classes.
Already have a Court 16 account? Make sure each child’s profile is linked to yours through a parent-child relationship, with “Pay for this account” set to Yes. Then continue to Step 2.

Purchase a kids membership
A Kids Tennis Academy membership is required for each child to participate in academy classes. Membership provides access to academy programming and online class booking.
How to buy your membership
Log in and switch to your child’sprofile.
Open the Online Store and select
Contracts.
Select the kids membership and complete checkout.
Be sure you are in your child’s profile before purchasing. Memberships purchased under a parent’s profile cannot be used for online enrollment.
Already a member? Go straight to Step 3.

Enroll in classes

Click the “Enroll in Classes” button below on the right and log in to your Mindbody profile.
View classes matching your child’s age, including season dates and the total cost. Choose a class that fits your family’s schedule and complete checkout to confirm your child’s enrollment.
Note: Make sure you have a credit card on file in your Mindbody profile so you can complete your purchase.
Payment: Full payment for the season is required at checkout. To pay in installments, please call your club.
