Operations & Customer Service
Full-time, on site
Beginning your professional journey at Court 16 offers a robust platform for developing essential skills in, operations management, sports industry know-how, sales, and managing social impact initiatives. We are committed to fostering a work culture that is both inclusive and positive, making it a space where individuals with a passion for what they do can truly excel.

Tennis Coaching
Full-time, part time, & summer, on site
Our coaching track is dedicated to High-Level Players who aspire to coach and get a foot in the door of the sports industry. Part-time, full-time, or summer coaching positions are often available at Court 16. Candidates may be between high school and college, in college, or just out of college. Positions may also offer a mix of coaching and business responsibilities and may be designed based on career aspirations and talent.

Internships in Marketing & Business Development
6-12 months Full-time, on site
Interning at Court 16 offers an exceptional opportunity for an immersive exploration of the dynamic sports industry. You will deep dive into operations, business development, marketing and so much more. Working alongside our qualified and diversified team will make you grow as a professional but also as a person. We extend a warm invitation to students from across the globe, provided they are motivated and eager to learn.
