At Court 16, we deliberately aim at developing young professional talents and providing access to the workforce, through 4 development tracks. We know finding the first job can be a challenge. Court 16 regularly offers personal development growth positions in several areas.

A PERSONAL GROWTH PATHWAY

Our goal is to help young professionals grow personally and be successful in different positions at Court 16 and beyond. All Court 16 team members are entrusted with exciting responsibilities. Our very own Nick Nemeroff started as a coach and later became Director of Tennis Operations.

IMPACTFUL COURT 16 ALUMNI

Our Court 16 alumni went on to join outstanding organisations like Wasserman, Droga 5, Rainforest Alliance, Department of Environmental Protection (NYC DEP), We Mean, Zenith, Iron Mountain, Forrester.

Starting your career with Court 16 is an opportunity to lay solid foundations in all things marketing, the sports industry, in the field of operations management, sales and business development, as well as the management of social impact missions. We strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment where all passionate individuals can thrive.

Tennis Coaching

Our coaching track is dedicated to High Level Players that aspire to coach and get a foot in the door of the sports industry. Part-time, full-time, or summer coaching positions are often available at Court 16. Candidates may be between high school and college, in college, or just out of college. Positions may also offer a mix of coaching and business responsibilities and may be designed based on career aspirations and talent.

Our business track is dedicated to young professionals that aspire to start a career in the sports industry. Positions often involve marketing, business development, operations management, communication. Court 16 offers mentorship, and a positive and fast-paced work environment to grow personally. Both internships and jobs are available.

 Counselor in Training

Our counselor track aims at providing workplace exposure to motivated high schoolers who want a first professional experience. Court 16 counselors are passionate about education and sport. Counselors in training assist our senior camp coaches and help maintain the flow and organization of our camp space. They have also worked on a variety of marketing and research assignments, as we focus on the development of their communication and management skills.

Social Impact Program

Court 16 is committed to bringing as many players into the sport as possible, regardless of their abilities or resources. We therefore offer a number of opportunities to make a positive impact on our community. Court 16 is proud to offer inspiring individuals volunteering opportunities in conjunction with its social impact programs, such as the Sound of Tennis program for the visually impaired players, sponsored by HBO and BNPP.
