Court 16’s Tennis Classes offer adults with little or no experience playing tennis a comprehensive and progressive introduction into the sport.

Here at Court 16, our specialty is the development of first-time tennis players. Our ground-breaking core programs for youth, gave us a unique expertise on beginning and developing adult players. Our 60 feet court  is the perfect size to gain speed, agility and control of your strokes. We offer classes for beginners - advanced as well as a new tennis fitness format that will get you in shape and faster on and off the court (out of breath chasing your kid? - work on it!).

Under the guidance of Court 16’s resident tennis instructors, players will learn the proper technical, tactical and physical skills required to develop a fundamentally sturdy game, with an emphasis on cultivating simple, yet repeatable strokes, and applying them to live ball situations. Exercises that help develop balance, agility and coordination will be practiced through shots from stationary positions and while moving, and refined to build a strong tennis technique along the way.

Whether you’re seeking a full-body workout or a more effective game strategy, our classes are an ideal start.
