Types of Information We May Collect
We collect two basic types of information, personal information and anonymous information.
Court 16 may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
As Court 16 is directed to children under the age of 15, we request information on your child upon applying as a member to Court 16. We do not ask for more personal information than is necessary for a child to participate in an activity, event or tennis program. If you are a parent and you have questions regarding our data collection practices, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this Statement of Privacy.
Court 16 may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you. This information can include: your browser type, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service and to provide general statistics regarding performance of Court16.com.
Court 16 encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from Court 16 so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. Court 16 is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of Court 16.com.
Use of your Personal Information
Court 16 collects and uses your personal information to operate its website and deliver the services you have requested.
Court 16 may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other services available from Court 16. Court 16 may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
Court 16 does not sell, rent or lease its member lists to third parties or affiliates.

Authorized third-party service providers.
We may share information with our third-party service providers to help us fulfill requests and perform various functions necessary to our educational mission, including usage analytics, data processing, and account management. For example, our service providers may provide to us and analyze on our behalf usage information so that we can identify which of our services are most popular and how they can be improved.
We may share information in connection with a substantial business transaction, such as the sale of the Services, a merger, consolidation, asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy.
We may disclose information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, law enforcement requests, legal claims or government inquiries, and to protect and defend the rights, interests, property, safety, and security of Court 16, our member stations, users, or the public.

We otherwise may share your or your child's information with your consent.
We also may share aggregated or anonymized information with third parties, including to help us develop content and services that we hope you or your child will find of interest or to help these third parties develop their own products and service offerings.
Court 16 will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Court 16 or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Court 16; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Court 16, or the public.
Some of the Services may allow you or your child to enter text and information in open fields, such as comment sections, and message boards. If you or your child choose to participate in these public areas of the Services, please be aware that any information submitted through these areas is public. Please use caution in disclosing personal information in these areas. Although we moderate public forums to keep their content appropriate for the forum's intended audience, we are not responsible for the information you or your child submits in these open forums and public areas or for other user's actions with respect to that information.
