Our Junior Class aims at enhancing players’ growing physical capabilities and athletic skills through exercises improving agility, linear and coordination speed, and tennis-specific footwork. By mirroring exercises stimulating muscle memory and awareness, forehand, backhand and serving techniques increase in swing lengths, have added spin, and achieve greater accuracy from different positions on the court. The spirit and fun of competition is elevated through a technical emphasis on how to move the opponent to build the point and a more sophisticated understanding of executing strategic concepts to hone a distinctly refined playing style.
